Returns and refunds
Returns or Exchanges: Please contact us within 10 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. The items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Exchanges are offered on products of equal value, provided the original product is returned and in unused condition. No returns or exchanges on custom personalized orders.
Shipping costs for any return or exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged or Defective items: If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the item and the packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for you.
